$280 Premium Maintenance & Diagnostic Service A more comprehensive maintenance service designed to improve system performance, identify potential issues, and help extend equipment life. Includes: • Condenser coil cleaning • Air filter replacement (standard customer-supplied filter) • Complete system performance check • Thermostat testing and calibration verification • Temperature split check • Electrical component inspection • Capacitor testing • Contactor inspection • Condensate drain inspection • Refrigerant pressure check (when accessible and applicable) • Full diagnostic assessment of system operation • Recommendations for any needed repairs or improvements 2 time visit per year on routine maintenance+more This service includes diagnostic testing and preventative maintenance. Repair costs, replacement parts, refrigerant, and major cleaning services are not included.
